Our bumper remanufacturing company has not experienced a bad economy or had any worker layoffs. In fact, we ran a similar ad to this in early February and got good response but already need more people to help us repair and restore damaged bumpers so the look and function like new. Send us answers to the following, and if you do not neglect any of our questions, we will call you to set up an interview. (1) In what town do you live? (2) What is your phone number? (3) Have you had any experience sanding bumpers or auto bodies? How much? (4) Have you used bondo and wire or plastic mesh to repair holes and tears? How much? (5) Have you painted or primed bumpers or auto bodies? How much? (6) You will be paid by the number of bumpers you produce each day--2 per day=$500 per week/3 per day= $850 per week, and you can earn in-between those numbers if your production is between 2 and 3 per day. Can you live on $7.25 per hour for 8 to 12 weeks while we train you and you begin to produce 2 to 3 bumpers per day? (7) Have you had more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years? How many? (8) We do not hire smokers. Do you smoke? (9) Would you prefer first shift from 6 a. m. to 3 p. m. or second shift from 3 p. m. to 11:30 p. m.? (10) There is no shouting/cursing/ranting/raving to get you to do your job. You will be treated like a king or queen because you are an important part of a human team, not some machine. Can you be positive and control your emotions/words/manners around your fellow workers?

The above questions will test your ability to follow directions so don't let yourself down by skipping any of them. Also, you MUST HAVE SOME EXPERIENCE so if you cannot answer "yes" and give a few details regarding questions 3, 4 and 5 above, we will not be able to consider you. Pretty demanding, huh?
