Sterling Autobody Centers is currently looking for an experienced Estimator/ Damage Analysis Manager for our Pompano Beach, FL store.

Knowledge of CCC Pathways a plus.

Reporting to the General Manager, the DA Manager is responsible for assessing the extent of vehicle damage, writing an accurate and complete repair plan utilizing appropriate repair methodologies and managing the overall repair process while assisting the General Manager in delivering an extraordinary customer experience.

The DA Manager provides detailed assessment of the vehicle damaged areas, assists with leadership and direction of production team, fosters positive morale and teamwork, promotes and assists in employee development, ensures safety compliance, drives positive customer experience and actives involvement in process improvement and problem solving.

Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years applicable experience.

I-Car certification a plus, valid driver's license required, High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Full understanding of estimating systems and methodology, good organizational skills, time management and detail oriented, strong customer service skills, team player and quality focused, ability to handle multiple tasks and be energetic, self-motivated and dependable.
